Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Missed Call Services subscription at any time through your Customer Portal or by contacting our support team. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Free Trial Cancellation

During your 30-day free trial, you can cancel at any time without charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you don't cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at $397/month.

Refund Policy

No Partial Month Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel during a paid billing period, your service will remain active until the end of that billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of billing errors, technical issues preventing service use, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.

Service Continuity

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to your call history and recordings until service ends
  • New calls will not be handled after your service period expires
  • You can reactivate your service at any time by contacting support

Billing Disputes

If you have questions about a charge or believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly.

How to Cancel

  1. Log into your Customer Portal
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the confirmation steps
