You can cancel your Missed Call Services subscription at any time through your Customer Portal or by contacting our support team. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
During your 30-day free trial, you can cancel at any time without charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you don't cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at $397/month.
We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel during a paid billing period, your service will remain active until the end of that billing period.
In cases of billing errors, technical issues preventing service use, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.
